Seratonic Venue and Lounge is located at 315 S. Main Street, Greenville, South Carolina on Camperdown Plaza, at the corner of the AC Hotel Greenville. 

Seratonic is open exclusively for ticketed shows and private events.

We offer valet parking for $15. Drop-off is located on the valet loop for the AC Hotel. Street parking is available, along with Camperdown parking structure. (Valet parking fee is subject to change). In addition, there are several city garages located within walking distance from the venue.

For most events, guests 21 and older (some special events are 18+) are welcome at Seratonic with a valid, government-issued photo ID.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

• State-issued driver’s license or identification card
• Military ID
• International passport

Please note: Student IDs are not accepted as valid forms of identification.

Do I Need an ID to Enter Seratonic?

Yes — all guests aged 21 and over (some special events are 18+) must present a valid, unexpired government-issued ID to enter the venue. No exceptions.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the venue prior to showtime. 

I bought tickets to a show, and now I can’t make it. What are my options?

• Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final, and we do not issue refunds, transfers, or credit. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.

What happens if an event is canceled?

• If a show is canceled or postponed, we will notify all ticket holders via email with details and next steps.

I lost my tickets or email, how can I look up my ticket order?

Seratonic is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Seratonic is located directly beside the AC Hotel Greenville. AC Hotel includes several popular restaurants and bars and offers a prime location to visit everything Greenville has to offer. For select shows, special hotel room + ticket packages will be available for purchase.

Re-entry to the venue is allowed. Ticket holders will receive a wristband that they must show upon return to be allowed back in the venue.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Seratonic at any time. This applies to all forms of smoking, including:

• Cigarettes
• E-cigarettes
• Vaping devices
